Experience and Dedication

 Brian Worthington grew up in Wisconsin.  He has brought his Midwest values and work ethic to his 26 years of legal practice. While his focus is primarily on insurance law and civil appeals, he is experienced in an array of legal fields, including real estate law, business and transactional litigation, injury law, and general civil litigation.  

 Mr. Worthington is a 1991 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, and a 1995 graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. He was a partner at Wingert, Grebing, Anello & Brubaker, and then Ryan, Mercaldo & Worthington before starting a solo practice in 2012. Practicing on his own allows him greater flexibility in working with clients to determine the best approach to both legal matters and how to structure compensation and fees.
